• This policy covers how Find A Video Professional treats personal information that Find A Video Professional collects and receives, including information related to your past use of Find A Video Professional products and services. • This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Find A Video Professional does not own or control, or to people that Find A Video Professional does not employ or manage.

• Find A Video Professional collects personal information when you register with Find A Video Professional, when you use Find A Video Professional listing services, when you visit Find A Video Professional pages or the pages of certain Find A Video Professional members, and when you enter promotions or sweepstakes.

• When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, ZIP code, occupation, industry, and personal interests. For our paid listing services we might also ask for your address and credit card information. When you register with Find A Video Professional and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.
• Find A Video Professional automatically receives and records information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, Find A Video Professional cookie information, software and hardware attributes, and the page you request.
• Find A Video Professional uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, fulfill your requests for video service listings, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.

Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences

• You can edit your Find A Video Professional Account Information.
• We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Find A Video Professional service, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the Find A Video Professional Newsletter, that are considered part of your Find A Video Professional account, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.
• You can cancel your Find A Video Professional account by select the Cancel my account link on your account information page.
